This notice applies to personal data used through the Gaelic Time website, teacher portal, dashboard pages, lesson pages, support flow, and teacher feedback flow.

Where Gaelic Time is provided through a school, county board, province, or another authorised organisation, certain information may also be used so access can be assigned correctly and progress can be shown to the right people.

Information we may use

  • Account information such as email address and sign-in details.
  • School or organisation context such as school name, school ID, county, province, and jurisdiction.
  • Platform usage information such as lessons opened, progress, and activity completion.
  • Messages submitted through Support or Teacher Feedback.
  • Basic technical information needed for security, authentication, and platform performance.

How information is shared

Personal information is not published publicly through Gaelic Time. Progress or access data is only shown inside authorised views.

Users or authorised school/organisation contacts can ask for account details to be corrected, updated, or reviewed. Privacy-related requests should be sent through the Support page so they can be handled properly.
