Where Gaelic Time is provided through a school, county board, province, or another authorised organisation, certain information may also be used so access can be assigned correctly and progress can be shown to the right people.

- School or organisation context such as school name, school ID, county, province, and jurisdiction.
- Platform usage information such as lessons opened, progress, and activity completion.
- Messages submitted through Support or Teacher Feedback.
