How do I get into Gaelic Time?

Use the Portal to register or log in, then save your school or organisation context so the platform can take you to the right view.

School setup

What if I picked the wrong school?

Open My Account and use the change-school route if your role allows it. If you are locked to a school or admin scope, use Support.

Lessons

How is lesson progress recorded?

A lesson is treated as completed when its activity videos have been watched or when a teacher manually marks it complete.

Programmes

How is programme progress recorded?

A programme is completed when all lessons in that programme are completed.

Feedback

How do I suggest an improvement?

Signed-in users can open Teacher Feedback from the account menu or My Account page. Feedback is sent to the team and stored for follow-up.

Support

What should I use Support for?

Support is the right place for access issues, school changes, technical problems, privacy questions, or anything that needs a reply from the Gaelic Time team.
